Outdoor Classes & Events

Every Wednesday at 6:30pm!! Class will be in the large grass area beside the playground!!

- Class is roughly 45min-1hour, $5 / person, cash or venmo, beginner-friendly yoga that welcomes all levels. Please BYO-mat, water, and something to cozy up with (flannel or light blanket) during savasana

- Suttree Landing Park is gorgeous and they do have a bathroom facility so feel free to meander around the park before or after class - walk the path, use the facilities, enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views.

 COVID PRECAUTIONS: For the time being, Florals & Flows will not be offering / sharing mats nor blocks. Florals & Flows will always be as mindful as possible about social distancing. And there will be hand sanitizer offered before and after class. The Venmo App is the preferred form of payment, but cash is still accepted as well

Florals & Flows Yoga is hosting the 2nd Annual Galentine's Yoga Event this year at The Press Room in North Knox!! Join us for an empowering flow that will uproar your inner goddess and leave you with a mindful heart! Although a Galentine's Event, all are welcome, singles, married, poly, and if you're brave enough to beast with the ladies, my fellow gentleman are allowed to.

* COVID Concerns: Masks are encouraged when not on your mat, all mats will be 6 feet apart, please clean hands before and after class, and if you have any signs or symptoms of illness, especially related to COVID I will refund your money with positive test results.
